Age: 1
Gender: Mare
Alliance: Dark
Pelt Color: Chestnut
Mane and Tail color: Chestnut. Running braid starting at poll and going 1/4 of the way down her neck. Red Billed Blue Magpie tail feathers down the braid in her mane. The top layer of hair in her tail is diamond braided from the top of her tail to the bottom. Dark brown wooden beads in each cross section of the diamond braid.
Eye Color: Dark Green
Markings: Star on forehead. Bend spots down neck over her chest and across her shoulders in random places
Height: 15 hands
Mental/Physical Conditions: none
Personality: Even though Alia was brought up dark this little filly has never known hardship, nor has she ever been disciplined. Alia was the apple of her father’s eye and was treated like a princess by everyone. She doesn’t take criticism very well and is not one to be told what to do. This little mare is high strung, high maintenance, and tends towards the hyper side. A lot of horses tend to find Alia amusing at first, but most soon become annoyed with her self-centered attitude. She’s not one to take no for an answer and really doesn’t like hearing the word in the first place. She is a princess in her mind, and no one tells a princess no or that she can’t do something. Despite all her attitude once someone is her friend, she will do anything for them. She maybe self-centered, but she is loyal to a fault to those close to her and is quick to jump to her friend’s defense. Alia can be a sweetheart when she really wants something or on rare occasions, she can just be plain sweet to those few close friends.
History: Alia was born into a large herd to a mare that her father had gained over by stealing her from another stallion. When Alia was born her father was instantly in love with the beautiful chestnut filly. For the first few months of her life Alia was treated like a princess by her father and everyone else in the herd. At 6 months of age Alia was removed from the herd by humans and taken to be tamed. The high-strung little filly soon proved too much for the humans to break even though they had plans to show the stunning filly by the time she was 10 months old they decided to sell her off rather than turning her back with her herd. Alia arrived at a large show barn where people continued to try and break her. One night a fire caught in the barn and in the confusion of the stalls being open to save the horses Alia slipped away into the night and took off. She’s been on her own for two months now and has just arrived in Wild Equine’s where she hopes to find word of her family, even though she knows in her heart she’ll never again see her family.
